I can’t really speak to how well it works since I didn’t even get the chance to use it. The package was missing the needles and screws, so I couldn’t set it up or get started at all. To be fair, the item itself may be fine once everything is included, but it was frustrating to open it up and not have the basic parts needed.

So the machine does work, and that’s the main thing I guess, but the packaging felt kind of weird to me. Like, the labels didn’t look quite right, and maybe I’m overthinking it, but it just didn’t give me much confidence. I reached out to ask if it was actually authentic, and the answer I got was vague. Anyway, it runs fine, but between the box, the labeling, and the unclear reply, I don’t think I’d buy it again

I’m new to tattooing, so maybe this is just me, but I felt like the setup instructions were a little too basic. The kit itself seems decent and has what you need to get started, I think, but I definitely spent some time second-guessing whether I was setting everything up right. It’s not a bad kit at all, just maybe not the easiest if you’re a total beginner like me.

I ordered some ink from DragonHawk and, i wasn’t too impressed. The colors looked decent right out of the bottle, but once they healed, they came out way duller than I expected. A couple of the shades also felt kind of watery while I was working with them, so I had to keep going back over spots more than usual, which got frustrating fast. I reached out to support and the reply was basically along the lines of “results can vary” and “make sure it’s shaken well and stored properly.” Fair enough, but that didn’t really solve the issue for me. Maybe I just ended up with a bad batch, I don’t know, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy their ink again

I’ve had my Dragonhawk machine for a few months now, after using it again just recently, I’m still impressed with it. It’s been holding up well, and even after I accidentally knocked it off my desk once, it didn’t really take any damage and kept running smooth.

The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is the cord, which feels a little on the cheaper side compared to the machine itself. But based on how solid it felt in my last session, I’d still say it’s a good buy for the price

I’ve been using it mostly for shading, and honestly... it runs smooth. It did take me a little bit to dial in the depth, but once I got it set right, it blended really nicely and didn’t tear up the skin. For the price, yeah... it’s a solid little machine

Maybe it’s just me, but the battery seems to drain way too fast. I’m barely getting an hour out of it before it’s dead, which gets annoying...

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged their customer service and, you know, they got back to me the next day. It did take a little longer than I was kind of hoping, but they were nice about it and didn’t make the whole thing complicated or anything. They helped get it sorted out in the end, so yeah, overall I’m happy enough. 4 stars from me.
